Cryp GmbH is a Swiss company with a history of furthering financial privacy and accessibility, having lead development of Farcaster, a secure stack of production grade software to facilitate atomic swaps, as well as possessing deep experience in design and implementation of bridging mechanisms between Polkadot and Ethereum.
Cryp GmbH now seeks an Interoperability Architect to lead the design and development of new, secure interoperability solutions between cryptocurrencies. These solutions will integrate and connect the Monero network, a leader in the world of digital privacy.
Applicants require to possess deep expertise in blockchain technology, cryptographic protocol design, and consensus mechanisms. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in privacy-focused blockchain solutions, cross-chain interoperability, extensive experience with Monero, and a proven track record in Rust programming. We value candidates with a profound understanding of consensus protocols, particularly within ecosystems such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polkadot, or Cosmos.
Requirements:
• Requires in-depth knowledge of Monero, with at least 5 years of practical, proven experience working with historical and upcoming protocol versions.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and at least 3-year experience with various prior cross-chain interoperability applications as well as other solutions such as atomic swaps, SPV bridges, and multisignature protocols.
• Strong proficiency in design and secure implementation of cryptographic protocols with demonstrated ability to apply advanced cryptography in a blockchain environment.
• Requires proven and profound experience of at least 3 years with the Rust programming language, a leader in memory-safe programming languages with widespread adoption within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Requires profound background in BFT consensus protocols, such as deployed in Ethereum, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
• Security research experience is a plus.
• Knowledge developing with Polkadot/Substrate is a plus.
