This is a unique role combining data analysis, digital support, and communication to ensure the institutions degree in Data Science, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.* Proven experience in data analysis, communication, or related roles. Experience with business intelligence technologies and reporting packages is essential.* Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Excel, and SQL. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings effectively. Fluency in English and French (oral and written) is required.* Experience working with young adults in a multicultural environment is a plus.* Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of reporting and data visualization techniques.* Familiarity with website scripts such as XML, JavaScript, and JSON is beneficial.* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.* Strong ethical values and professional behavior with a customer-focused attitude.If you are passionate about data, communication, and student success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team!Start date: January 2025
