Global Operations Controller

We are looking for a new team member to join our Finance team to contribute to the development of long-term organizational goals.

Your Challenges

• Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance and analyze financial data both for our main operations in Switzerland as well as globally

• Provide insightful financial analysis to support informed decision-making

• Oversee and optimize operational processes and procedures

• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Translate strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives

• Use analytical insights to improve operational performance and drive business growth

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

• Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

• Collaborate closely with other Operations and non-operations departments as well as local plant finance managers to gather data, align financial strategies, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

• Identify financial risks and implement strategies to reduce them

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Strong understanding of operational processes and improvement strategies

• Extensive hands-on experience working with SAP including the ability to optimize processes within the system

• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementation

• Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project completion.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Highly analytical with a knack for data interpretation and trend analysis

• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
