The Opportunity

PTE drives the development and execution of PT's Digital and Operational Excellence strategy by fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, advancing Lean and Digital skills, and scaling impactful digital and advanced analytics solutions. This approach empowers teams across the organization while directly benefiting patients.

Our focus is on cultivating a digital mindset, transforming the FAIR data ecosystem and systems landscape, redesigning processes for operational excellence, and generating transformative insights. Through close collaboration with global functions, PTE ensures the delivery of innovative, scalable solutions that bring measurable value to both patients and the organization.

Major Responsibilities:

This role focuses on advancing our Generative AI strategy to drive our digital aspirations and achieve meaningful outcomes. As a Digital Strategy Delivery Specialist, you will:

• Champion Generative AI Technologies: Act as a Product Owner and Digital Translator to define and implement key use cases leveraging Generative AI solutions.

• Foster Cross-Organizational Alignment: Collaborate with IT and PT functions to deliver transformative Generative AI initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

• Define and Manage Requirements: Translate business needs into actionable user requirements/backlogs for multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead Digital Teams: Coordinate implementation teams, including data scientists, data engineers, UX/UI designers, IT specialists, and SMEs, ensuring smooth execution.

• Track and Deliver Value: Ensure value realization through measurable outcomes, tracking and reporting progress effectively.

• Build Generative AI Capabilities: Guide the organization in adopting Generative AI technologies by building and deploying necessary capabilities.

• Promote Best Practices: Develop and share best practices for digital product ownership and translation within a community of practice, offering training and coaching to scale adoption.

• Engage and Inspire: Deliver presentations and workshops to internal stakeholders, fostering curiosity and enthusiasm for Generative AI and its transformative potential.

Other duties may include supporting process improvement, portfolio management, workforce strategy, product delivery, and collaboration with IT, PTx, and external partners.

Who you are

We are looking for a Generative AI enthusiast with a proven track record of adopting and implementing Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate brings experience delivering digital solutions in large, complex organizations and thrives on driving alignment across stakeholders.

Competences and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: BS/MS in Science or Engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Generative AI Expertise: Strong familiarity with Generative AI technologies and the ability to articulate their value to diverse audiences.

• Strategic Mindset: Experience in systems/data management, informatics strategy development, and execution with a focus on cutting-edge digital solutions.

• Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead (matrix) teams, foster alignment across functions, and manage cross-functional relationships in complex organizations.

• Customer-Centric: Ability to understand and address customers' challenges and goals through innovative digital solutions.

• Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for inspiring teams and presenting compelling narratives about the potential of Generative AI.

• Outcome-Oriented: Proactive in identifying solutions, driving measurable value, and delivering ambitious outcomes.
