Five Senses Dining AG, where we're crafting an traditional but also new culinary journey at our upcoming New Japanese restaurant in the heart of Zurich. We're not just about fine dining; we're creating a vibrant social hub filled with joy and excitement, where every dish is an experience that delights all five senses.

Your profile

What we're looking for: Sous Chef at fine dining Kappo restaurant

A minimum of 7 years' working experience stricktly at a KAISEKI or KAPPOU restaurant in Japan is MUST.

Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, Japanese menu planning, staff management, inventory management, staff training including Japanese cuisine training for assistant chefs, and maintaining food safety standards.

Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is appreciated. Communication skills in Japanese are necessary, and proficiency in English and German is a plus.
