Responsibilities

• Cultivate various human cell lines in vitro, including CHO cells, T cells, B cells, and other cell types.
• Prepare sterile culture media and buffers.
• Conduct mycoplasma assays and sterility checks for cell lines.
• Perform analytical method validation and bridging studies in the laboratory.
• Establish ELISA-based techniques and transfer methods to other laboratories.
• Improve methods and troubleshoot equipment and procedures.
• Conduct release and stability testing of biologics to determine relative potency according to cGMP.
• Document activities in an electronic laboratory notebook in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Support equipment maintenance and calibration activities.

Requirements

• Education as a laboratory technician EFZ or a scientific bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on experience with ELISA techniques or cell culture.
• Work experience in a GMP laboratory.
• Ability to communicate and document in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong team player with a respectful and collaborative approach.
