Arxada is seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in the chemical or life science industry, looking to make a significant impact through strategic market positioning and competitive analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives.

Conduct thorough market and competition analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Create and maintain a range of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and newsletters.

Manage and enhance our social media channels and websites.

Organize and participate in trade fairs and events to represent Arxada.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and manage budgets.

Support the Sales Team during customer visits with relevant marketing insights.

Deliver presentations and training sessions internally and externally.

Collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (biology, biotechnology, chemistry) or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

3-5 years of marketing experience in the chemical, bioscience, or medical devices industry.

Strong analytical thinking and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Proficiency in common marketing tools and a solid understanding of market research techniques.

Experience in biocides, medical devices, or disinfectants is a plus.

Fluency in English.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, mainly abroad.

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple internal stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with a focus on product positioning and competitive environment monitoring.
