This role is all about shaping the approach how we are providing access to cash in Switzerland in future. You are leading the standardized ATM service offering, driving the target operating model and handling vendor strategies and relationships, while maintaining strong cost management practices.

- drive the ATM Pooling Offering and develop its operational strategies
- lead vendor management, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- take ownership of the target operating model, optimizing processes and standards
- oversee cost management, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency
- collaborate across teams to conceptualize and implement innovative ATM solutions
- 3+ years of expertise in ATM management, including operational strategies and service development
- 5+ years of experience in the Swiss Financial Industry, understanding market dynamics and regulatory requirements
- experience with target operating models and cost optimization
- leadership-Experience (Team-Level)
- strong skills in vendor management and stakeholder negotiations
- fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- hybrid model up to 40-60% working from home
