CONTRACT: Project Manager Funds Migration

 Your future tasks: 

• In this very interesting project, you will lead the migration of an investment funds portfolio of a financial institution to a new legal entity considering all aspects related to the fund management and custody as well as the relationship and agreements with the investors.
• Therefore, you will develop a comprehensive project plan and oversee the migration process to ensure a seamless and accurate migration.
• You will also coordinate and ensure an adequate client outreach in coordination with management companies and sponsors and monitor and report progress, risks, and issues to the involved stakeholders and management.
• To ensure the integration and alignment of the fund setup and interfaces, you will collaborate to external stakeholders, such as Asset Management and service providers.

Your knowledge and experiences: 

• University degree in Banking or Finance
• Extensive experiences as Project Manager within financial services, preferably in the area of fund management
• In-depth understanding of fund setup, investor restriction, fund units, fund processing and client-facing services
• Experience managing complex and client-sensitive projects
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across various internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new processes and challenges
• Fluent English skills are required. German would be a plus

Start: immediately (on agreement)

Duration: 6 months (with option to extension)

Furthermore, you will implement investor restriction setting as required by the new fund setup and manage the transfer of fund units to the new structure, including any necessary adjustments to fund units to ensure precise alignment with accounting and client records
