Project Controller Dubai (m/f/d)

For one of our clients in Dubai we are looking for a client representative and project controller for a minimum of 22 months for a large project with reference character.

Tasks

• In the position of a client representative, you will realize a challenging large-scale project on behalf of the client
• You will assume responsibility for overall project management in the phases from project initialization and support during the planning and tendering phase through to implementation and commissioning
• You are a partner to our clients and represent their interests vis-à-vis the authorities, planners, contractors and service providers

Requirements

• Broad range of experience as a client representative or on the client's side
• Ideally experience in a similar position
• Degree in architecture or as a civil engineer or comparable qualification
• Substantial further training in the areas of real estate or business administration
• Business fluent English is a basic requirement
