Regional Manager

Do you dream of making an impact? We are looking for a Regional Manager to grow our community of global families that change the world through the au pair program.

Our cultural exchange program builds global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

You will join our passionate team in Zurich, reporting to the Country Product Manager and work together to help grow our presence across 12 markets. This role requires a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset. What you will do:

• Grow our program, taking ownership of sales in your assigned markets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Drive sales by responding to customer needs with energy and enthusiasm, leveraging phone and in-person interactions to achieve conversions
• Expand brand awareness by building partnerships with schools, universities, fairs, and local organizations to increase brand visibility and drive new leads
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Organize and attend promotional events to engage and grow the au pair community
• Collaborate with our local au pair community to help achieve goals
• Conduct market research, analyze regional needs, and assess competition to create long-term strategies for building brand awareness.

• You love being a part of a supportive team that has fun while hitting goals

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales
• Full proficiency in English, additional languages advantageous (particularly Portuguese or German)
• Experience of working or living abroad for 6+ months is preferable
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
