This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, analytical individual to join EY as part of the Swiss central account team, playing a key role in the professional financial operations for our large, complex, global audit clients.
We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in a relevant role, preferably at a professional services firm, who values the benefits of a challenging and agile collaborative environment, seeks to take ownership of processes and likes working with geographically dispersed stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.
Your key responsibilities

Support the annual billing and invoice processes of the Swiss and Global accounts.

Take responsibility for account resource vetting and onboarding processes.

Perform quality and completeness reviews as part of our internal risk management processes. Liase and communicate with global teams across all hierarchy levels regarding findings

Support the finance team with account creation and monitoring tasks

Work closely with EY’s overseas Global Delivery Service (GDS) team, delegating routine operational tasks. Supervise and monitor the work of the GDS function maintaining overall responsibility for task completion.
Skills and attributes for success

Confidence and ability to push back and understand the wider implications of account level business decisions.

Fluent in English, proficiency in MS Office. Advanced Excel skills are desirable. All other knowledge of IT tools is an asset
