Group HR Manager (80 - 100%)

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of a modern and standardized HR policy and processes at the SSE Group level
• Develop and lead the Group HR function
• Coordinate the recruitment process for group executives, ensure administrative management, and support the decision-making process
• Manage cross-functional HR projects across the Group, with support of internal and external resources
• Support the Group's subsidiaries in HR management
• Develop and implement an internal and external training policy at Group level.

Your profile:

• Previous professional experience of around ten years, ideally as an HR specialist or HR manager
• Recognized HR education (HR Generalist Diploma, Federal Certificate in Human Resources or other equivalent training)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good listening and communication skills
• Self-control and able to manager confidentiality related to the requirements of the position
• Languages: fluent English, German and/or French a plus
