Sécheron Hasler (India) Private Ltd. is looking for a RAMS Engineer to join the Customer Support department in Gurgaon. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Support, the RAMS Engineer will work closely with our international teams to deliver seamless support and resolve technical issues effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Customer-Oriented RAMS Documentation: including FMEA, MTBF, and LCC to ensure the reliability and safety of Sécheron products
- Development and Maintenance of REX Database for Sécheron products
- Customer Support for all matter related to RAMS: including project documentation
- Project Team Integration: work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure RAMS-related requirements are incorporated and addressed throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaboration with International Teams: coordinate with the customer support team in Geneva, RAMS R&D specialists in Geneva, and local teams in India to ensure seamless communication and alignment across projects
- Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in Electricity, Electronics, or Mechanics
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- At least 3 years of experience in RAMS activities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the railway industry
- Knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128/EN 50657, EN 50129 standards is an advantage
- Good knowledge of programming (e.g. Visual Basics) is an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team, with a structured and rigorous approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the headquarters in Geneva for in-depth product training
