Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing installation diagrams and technical documentation for major international sporting events, including the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, NBA, Diamond League, and Car racing.
You will develop, manage, and update our graphic libraries, and produce both summary and detailed drawings (using Visio, CAD systems) for clients, organizing committees, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to quickly address correction and modification requests and support new projects.
Profile
As an electronics technician with solid IT skills, you have already gained successful professional experience in technical documentation or technical writing. Versatile, meticulous, and detail-oriented, you have a strong interest in all things related to sports.
You have a good command of MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Visio), and familiarity with CAD systems (like CorelDraw) and Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator) would be a plus. You are systematic and organized, demonstrating autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility. Your teamwork skills, quick learning ability, and open-mindedness set you apart.
Professional requirements
- Electronics technician degree
- First experience in technical documentation or technical writing
Languages
- Excellent English skills
- Knowledge of German or French would be an asset
