KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- To set production plan for finished goods (of entrusted portfolio) and on bulk, with respect to machine and people capacity level.
- To identify risk for product shortages (of entrusted portfolio) and suggest improvements (in short and midterm horizon).
- To Cooperate on production sequence optimisation with aim to minimize product unavailability.
- Effective cooperation with purchasing to ensure material availability of the set plan.
- Product life cycle management in SAP - manage or cooperate on right products status settings in SAP.
- To communicate product availability and demand changes with customer care department and suggest changes in product parameters (MOQ, minimum stock target, DLT, …).
- Engagement with direct influence on site KPIs – Customer Service level, Inventory, planned OEE, OTIF.
- To lead activities in order to minimise the level of work in progress products (bulk and unreleased finish products).
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ideally 2-3 years of related experience in Supply chain/Planning
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Analytical mindset with problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Stress resistance
- Knowledge of SAP environment is an advantage
- English on an intermediate level
- Czech language on a native speaker level
