Job description:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and discretion.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and schedule meetings for senior bankers.
  • Oversee the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and professional at all times.
  • Handle sensitive client inquiries and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Coordinate visitor security protocols and manage mail and courier distribution.
  • Support client hospitality, including organizing refreshments and transportation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including office supplies management and document organization.

About the customer:

On behalf of our client, a Swiss Private Bank, we are seeking a Senior Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 + years of experience as a receptionist, ideally in a private bank or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
  • Fluent in German and English is required, French is a plus
