Senior Payroll Advisor 80-100% (as of January 1st, 2025)

Job Description

• Manage, provide and supervise payroll processing for international employees
• Review and supervise social security and taxes payments
• Supervise monthly sales commissions and reconciliations
• Supervise and approve the payroll journals including accruals
• Participate in different payroll projects and actively implement optimizations in payroll processes
• Assist Payroll Manager to put in place new benefits and work on regular benefits improvements

Your profile

• Degree in Finance, Payroll/HR or similar education
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in Payroll or in Finance
• Knowledge of foreign and/or expats payroll
• Experience in Swiss Payroll and Social Security are preferable
• Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
• Proficient computer and MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Payroll system (i.e. Abacus)
• Very well structed, organized, highly analytical and independent
