Do you have experience with a tax software vendor or Big 4/ global 7 accounting firm? Are you passionate about tax automation? We are seeking a Project Manager - ONESOURCE Tax within our Professional Services team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful delivery of our ONESOURCE solutions, working closely with customers across various industries and leading a Migration Project.
You will work closely with our cross functional Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product teams to onboard our customers, develop customer relationships, and ensure their success and satisfaction.
About the role:
Your key responsibilities as Project Manager – OneSource Tax, you will:
- Manage the ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting migration program and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders
- Manage and execute software implementation projects from initiation to project closure
- Develop and manage detailed program or project schedules and other documentation to ensure projects stay on track and meet customer requirements
- Proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate where needed
- Anticipate the resourcing needs across the migration program and adjust delivery and expectations accordingly
- Revenue optimisation by ensuring billable and out of scope work is properly captured, estimated, agreed and billed
- Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and contribute to the customer satisfaction KPI
- Assess project and program outcomes, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements with the team
About You:
You’re a fit for the role of Project Manager – OneSource if you have:
- Experience in corporate tax software project management or related experience from a tax software vendor or large accounting firm
- Strong project management skills and able to lead projects
- Project risk mitigation experience
- Excellent communication skills and follow up
- Strong organisational capability and attention to detail
- OneSource or other Tax software exposure
