A Master/PhD degree in mechanical engineering or materials science (or related fields). Proven professional expertise in a development department and initial detailed know-how in the technical management of projects. Proactive, open-minded thinker with pragmatic, hands-on skills, and excellent communication across organizational levels. Ability to develop technical solutions, lead technical teams and manage stakeholders cross functionally. Fluency in spoken and written English (German is a plus)
