Accountabilities
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the Allegra Collection, which is a key element of the high-end portfolio. You define marketing strategies and lead product management to achieve the set business objectives.
In this role, you make strategic recommendations based on in-depth analysis of internal and external market information.
As Associate Project Manager, you lead all activities aimed at ensuring exemplary execution. You define the optimal concept, product assortment, pricing strategy, and complete marketing toolkit. You ensure seamless project management by coordinating a cross-functional team (creative, development, planning, production, legal, and pricing teams).
You are also responsible for coordinating the teams for the 360° launch, including drafting briefs for the various departments involved (Image, Digital, POSM, PR, Training) and monitoring the development of the necessary assets. This includes coordinating content creation with external partners such as agencies, photographers, and graphic designers.
In terms of analysis, you closely examine the performance of your line, costs, and margins to recommend relevant actions and meticulously track the performance of launches by market. You are also in charge of the management and careful monitoring of your marketing budget.
Profile
You have a university degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent education and at least 2-3 years marketing experience in a same position preferably in Luxury/Beauty products. Solid experience in the field of perfumery will be a valuable asset for this role.
You have a sensibility for luxury, prestigious products and their aesthetics. Passionate about the world of perfumes, you demonstrate creativity and innovation, bringing original and pragmatic solutions. You have a strong analytical mindset with a strong commitment. You are also recognized for your talents of project planning. You foresee all eventualities and are well organized.
Autonomous and rigorous, you are capable of leading various operational files in parallel while keeping a global strategic vision on the projects. Thanks to your excellent capacities of communication and thanks to your good interpersonal skills, you are capable to work in a multicultural environment.
You are fluent in English, and knowledge of French and/or Italian would be a notable advantage. You have excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
