Your mission

We are looking for a Event Coordinator for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from January to the end of May 2025 (January - February 50%, March - May 100%). As part of the ESC Event team, your tasks will be the following:

• Support organisation of catering and hospitality programme
• Coordinate transportation & accommodation with Host City
• Support the entire project team with different administrative tasks
• Coordinate Event Department with other SRG departments (production, show, finance etc.) and Host City
• Complete event-related tasks that will arise closer to the event

Your profile

• You have completed a degree or continuous training in project management or similar
• You have several years of experience in project coordination and planification of big events
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and German
• You have excellent knowledge of MS 365 (particularly SharePoint)
• Very independent, flexible, proactive and reliable, you respond well to stress and have great organisational skills
• You are very motivated by the job as part of a temporary and challenging project
