Main goal
To provide administrative, organisational, and logistical support to the Managing Director of Women's Football and sub-division. To ensure service-minded and quality-oriented organisation of activities surrounding competitions and development as appropriate and, specifically, serve all internal colleagues and external stakeholders in the best possible way.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the diary of the Managing Director of Women's Football and organising associated travel, meetings etc.
- Acting as Guest Relations Coordinator for the sub-division and handling related duties (e.g. ticketing, accreditation, guest & meeting staff management, and hotel management)
- Planning, organising and ensuring the smooth running of the UEFA Women's Football Committee and all associated tasks
- Coordinating UEFA Executive Committee documentation and timelines with team members and other departments
- Organising working group meetings, workshops and events
- Coordinating team calendars, absences and sub-division meetings and outings
- Supporting senior team members with planning and travel
- Organising folder management and filing
- Supporting with the administration of development projects, competitions or draws as required
- Handling invoices, purchase orders and expense claims
- Ensuring timelines are met for budget forecast meetings
- Conducting or supporting any research as appropriate
- Preparing letters, reports and presentations as appropriate
- Performing any other task as appropriate
Requirements
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years proven experience in an administrative role within a team.
- Experience of working in an international and multicultural environment.
Languages:
- English – Fluent
- French and/or German are a strong asset
Other requirements:
- Interest in football
- Excellent written English and spoken communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Service-minded, dedicated and proactive
- MS Office - Advanced
