Au sein de l’équipe Marketing Actifs Financiers, vous rejoindrez une équipe polyvalente et dynamique. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes françaises et internationales de vente, RFP et de gestion.
Responsabilités :

Collaborer avec les différentes équipes (commerciale, gestion, reporting, ESG, …) pour répondre aux appels d'offres de clients nationaux et internationaux ;

Piloter les réponses aux questionnaires de due diligence en collaboration avec les différents services concernés et répondre aux questionnaires des consultants ;

Assurer la cohérence des informations fournies aux clients et veiller à la qualité des livrables ;

Piloter les réunions Go/No Go ;

Mettre à jour la base de données groupe des appels d'offres pour faciliter le partage d'information et veiller à maintenir les Due Diligences standards à jour ;

Assure la bonne communication des feedback reçus post appel d’offres ;

Participer aux différents projets RFP du groupe.
Scope de produits : Monétaire, Fixed-income, Multi Asset et Actions. Le ou la candidat(e) pourra également intervenir sur les actifs infrastructures equity.
Expérience :
-
De formation supérieure bac + 5, vous avez 2 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes rigoureux (se), organisé(e) et savez travailler en équipe, tout en étant autonome.

Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles en anglais et en français, vous maîtrisez le travail en « mode projet » et êtes capable de travailler efficacement dans des délais contraints.

Niveau d’anglais : courant. L’allemand est un plus.
