Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. We are looking for a Funds and Private Assets Tax and Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team, central in supporting the operational teams in regulatory matters related to fund and private asset investments made by our clients.
Your role
- Ensure that all the ongoing due diligence as well as ad hoc requests from the fund and private asset counterparties are answered timely and properly.
- Provide AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information to counterparties.
- Ensure a timely and professional coordination with external stakeholders.
- Liaise internally timely and efficiently with front officers, other operational teams, tax and legal advisors.
- Contributing actively to the projects and the optimization of our activities.
- Managing related risks for clients and the bank.
Your profile
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Law or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- Previous successful experience of minimum 4 years in Banking.
- In-depth knowledge of funds operations with proven practical knowledge in AML/CFT, tax and regulatory matters.
- Fluent in both French and English with strong communication skills, to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Advanced user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT / Data systems.
- Rigorous, autonomous, discreet, solution provider and team player.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
