Im Burgergut Thun in Steffisburg, inmitten einer kraftvollen Umgebung, liegt das wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Restaurant Schüür im rustikalen-modernen Stil. Unser kleines Dorf beheimatet unter anderem auch das Burgerheim und die Seniorenwohnungen.

Ihre Aufgaben
Gemeinsam mit Ihren rund 40 Mitarbeitenden erfüllen Sie hohe und unterschiedliche Kundenbedürfnisse. Sie verantworten sämtliche Gastronomie- und Hauswirtschaftstätigkeiten im Restaurant Schüür, für das Burgerheim sowie die Seniorenwohnungen und erreichen die qualitativen und wirtschaftlichen Ziele. Mit Um- und Weitsicht entwickeln Sie das Gastronomiekonzept und Ihre Mitarbeitenden weiter, optimieren Abläufe und packen aktiv an. Sie begegnen Menschen mit Wertschätzung, Respekt sowie Professionalität und schaffen eine vertrauensvolle Arbeits- und Erlebnisumgebung.
Ihr Profil
- Dipl. Restaurateur/Hotelier HF, Hauswirtschaftliche Betriebsleitung HF oder gleichwertiges Bildungsniveau
- Weiterbildung in Care-Gastronomie
- hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
- gutes Gespür für alte und hochaltrige Menschen
- Erfahrung mit gepflegten Serviceleistungen, vorzugsweise in einem grösseren Gastronomie- oder Hotelbetrieb
- Führungserfahrung mit entsprechender Resilienz
- gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
