In this role, you will establish and lead the Enterprise and Solution Architecture in a matrix organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the IT architecture strategy for multiple departments within our organization, including our digital unit and align it with our "Mother Organization" FEMSA. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that our IT business, data, application, security, technology and solution architectures align with our business objectives and supports our growth plans. You will also be responsible for creating synergies and overarching capabilities while enabling flexibility and agility.

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the IT architecture strategy for multiple departments and a digital unit.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technology solutions and roadmaps to meet those needs and are aligned with our IT Strategy.
- Propose an implementation of shared infrastructures and applications to reduce costs and optimize technological resources and balance with sufficient flexibility and autonomy in the business.
- Foster the adopting of practices, principles and guidelines by enabling rather than controlling.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for the adoption of new technologies that can drive business value.
- Manage and mentor a team of architects in a matrix organization to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key skills
- Master degree in Computer Science or related field and Certification or in the process of obtaining a certificate in TOGAF, ZACHMANN, BIAN, Archimate or equivalent
- Business fluent language skills in English and fluent skills in German
- Excellent communication and good negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and work effectively with other stakeholders across multiple departments
- Customer centric and solution-oriented aptitude with demonstrated experience in providing solution based on customer needs
- Passion for IT & Technology with a broad understanding of the market trends and open to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Travel activity of 20-30%
