Das Management Team mit Sitz in Zug unterstützt die Kompetenzzentren in den Bereichen Finanzen, Personal, Informatik, Projekte und Marketing.
Für die Personalabteilung suchen wir per 1. Januar 2025 oder nach Vereinbarung eine authentische Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität als
Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuen «Mitarbeitenden Lifecycle»12:00
- Sicherstellen der monatlichen Payroll via Microsoft Dynamics NAV sowie Unterstützung bei den Jahresabschlussarbeiten HR
- Bearbeitung arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Anfragen
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Geschäftsleitung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in HR relevanten Fragestellungen
- Verwaltung der Berufsausübungsbewilligungen Ärzte und Bewilligungen der Institute
- Projektmitarbeit
Sie bringen mit
- Weiterbildung zur*m HR Fachfrau / HR Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
- IT-Affinität
- Teamgeist, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sozialkompetenz
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch und/oder Französisch von Vorteil
