Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or other fields with other globally recognised financial qualifications, e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a financial, consultancy or auditing role within a multinational organisation Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with sound business judgment Effective communication skills, including the ability to structure clear, state-of-the-art presentations to senior management (Senior Management, Executive Board, Board of Directors) Thorough understanding of financial reports (P&L, B/S, CF) and fundamentals of financial accounting standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, in a team-oriented environment to develop into a financial leadership role as the next career step International Mobility and professional English skills
