1. Responsible for developing and executing Lung Cancer brand strategy to lead to business result partnering with cross functional team f rom launch excellence to exploring new life cycle opportunities for sustained competitive growth.

S trat egy and Execution: Responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs ex ecution excellence to drive business outcomes
Responsible for demand forecast and business cycle (Business planning and long range financial planning) and budge management
S ale s Engagement: Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, sharing research findings, coordinating conferences, and updating market intelligence.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs. Recommend and implement changes and improvements for future programs to increase business
Develop KPI and monitor the performance and performs advanced sales and competitive analysis
Conducts and evaluates market research associated with research agency
Develop and collaborate for partnerships with medical societies, key opinion leaders, customers
Collaborate with the other functional teams and communicate with key stakeholders in China
