Junior Electrical Project Engineer m/f (80-100%)

Your responsibilities:

• Support Electrical and Instrumentation Project Team
  • Assist in creating and issuing key project documents such as:
    • Electrical block diagrams
    • Process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
    • Electrical consumer lists
    • Instrumentation diagrams and equipment lists
• Documentation Standards
  • Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of STM standard project documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to existing documents and create new documentation as required.
• Process Improvement
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by enhancing STM processes related to document creation and the usage of software design packages.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with project management, mechanical design, production, procurement, R&D, and service teams to drive the ongoing improvement of STM processes and standards.
• Occasional Travel
  • Visit project sites and vendors when required to support project delivery and vendor coordination.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed studies or technician training in the field of electrical, automation or process engineering
• Structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working
• Practised in the use of common information technology, programming skills
• Good written and spoken German and English, other languages are an advantage
• Team-orientated, motivated and communicative personality
• Willingness to travel

Bonus if you have the following:

• Previous experience in an engineering design, manufacturing or engineering consulting environment
• Experience with technical drawing software packages such as AutoCAD
