Job Description

To optimize production of our robotic training devices, we are currently looking for an experienced, passionate and resourceful Production Manager with hands-on fabrication experience. You will lead production, supply chain management, quality assurance and logistics worldwide.

You will be working in a very dynamic and dedicated, multi-cultural and interdisciplinary team headquartered in the up-beat and trendy Zurich West area. You are given the exciting opportunity to expand personal horizons with unique products, an international production network, travelling possibilities and professional interaction with different cultures. As an integral member of a flat hierarchy structure, you will play a key role in shaping the future of ddrobotec®.

To this end you will have a background in production management and possess a well-established network within fabrication and sourcing of technical parts and products. Demonstrated expertise in assembly and fabrication techniques is important. A passion for fields such as robotics, healthcare, cloud applications, and the Internet of Things is essential. Main Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, execute and maintain production and quality assurance processes
• Lead, develop, execute and maintain supply chain management and logistics processes
• Establish and provide periodic KPIs for production and quality performance towards optimization of overall company P&L
• Assist with installations at the customer and the ad hoc odd job

Qualifications and Skills

• M.Sc., B.Sc. or equivalent schooling in Production and Operations Management or Production Engineering
• Management and leadership capabilities with people skills and an ingrained team spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• A keen business sense paired with a love for beautiful machinery
• Proven ability to independently execute efficiently on multiple simultaneous threads
• Independent, creative, resourceful, driven, progressive and visionary
