Caisse des Medecins provides business process outsourcing and eHealth solutions to health professionals so they get relief from administration and can focus on medical work. In the context of an innovation initiative, Caisse des Medecins is renewing and extending their products. To support this digitalization step, we are looking for smart and experienced engineers to contribute and shape clever and creative solutions for a meaningful industry. Specifically, we are looking for a business analyst to ensure that our products are aligned with our business process before they are handed over to our customers.
Main tasks:
- Collect detailed requirements from stakeholders (interviews, workshops, …)
- Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation
- Develop use cases and user stories to define the functional behavior of systems
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and refine process maps, workflows, and diagrams to represent current and future states of business processes
- Identify gaps between current state systems/processes and desired state systems/processes, proposing solutions to bridge these gaps
- Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and identify trends or potential issues
- Ensure IT solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and business performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a business analyst in IT-related projects
- Strong technical acumen with a good understanding of SQL and data modeling
- At ease with technical IT concepts (software development, database management…)
- Strong in communication and social skills
- Self-driven and self-organized
- Analytical mindset with fast comprehension
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both French and English (German is an asset)
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- Knowledge of tariffication and medical billing is a plus
