What we’re looking for

We are seeking a passionate Frontend-Focused Full-Stack Developer to join our small but mighty team. If you love creating beautiful, intuitive software and thrive in a collaborative environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Must-haves:

• Strong expertise in frontend development using Vue.js and TypeScript
  (or quick learning abilities with similar technologies like React or Angular).

• Basic understanding of backend technologies like Java/Spring, RESTful APIs, and databases.

• A passion for building visually appealing, user-friendly software with a keen eye for design.

• At least 2 years of professional experience (quality and depth matter more than duration).

• Ability to work at least two days per week in our Zurich city center office.

• Proficiency in English (our working language). 

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.

• Design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch.

• German language skill

What you’ll do:

• Lead frontend development for our employee-focused tools.

• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Contribute to backend tasks such as authentication, database integration, and deployments.

• Be involved in all project stages, from gathering requirements to planning and designing.

• Ship high-quality work quickly, seeing your impact immediately.
