Nomad Aviation AG is an international and family-owned provider of business aircraft management services since more than 14 years and have with Nomad Technics AG as well to provide maintenance, modification and refurbishment services since 2018.
To support and develop Part-145 aircraft Compliance & Safety department, Nomad Technics AG at Basel EuroAirport is looking for a qualified, flexible and self-driven
Your tasks:
In this varied role, you will be responsible for the efficient HR management of Nomad Technics AG in Basel, which currently has around 30 employees plus temporary contractors. This includes the entire HR value chain, from personnel requirements (creation of advertisements, applicant correspondence, interviews, etc.) to support (entire employee administration, communication, retention and development) and separation. Your area of responsibility also includes the managing of the payroll, including social insurance (salary processing, withholding tax (ELM)), end year closing and absence management (sickness and accident). You are the person of contact and advisor for all HR-related matters for the line management, employees and the authorities. You will ensure the development, implementation and realization of necessary HR processes and HR tools and thus actively shape changes in a target oriented and profitable way. As an allrounder in a small team, you also enjoy helping with other activities, helping to organize events, ordering office supplies, catering or even bringing a customer a cup of coffee.
Your profile:
To be able to fulfill this task successfully, you will have a commercial education with further specialist training in HR (e.g. HR specialist with a federal certificate) and several years of professional experience in HR. You are a committed and proactive person with a structured, independent and extremely reliable way of working. You have a high level of empathy and can communicate constructively, openly and profitably. With your service and solution orientation, you will contribute to the success of the company as part of a small team. Very good English skills and a good command of German and/or French as well as a confident use of all MS Office products round off your profile. Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
