Marketing and Communication Specialist

For the market introduction and growth of a new product coming out of our corporate accelerator in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communication specialist to enable the go-to-market campaign.
As a marketing and communication specialist for a new organization launching new products, you will contribute to many projects in different launch phases and enable the launch of these products in the market.
- Design and implement marketing and communication plans across multiple projects
- Sourcing and contractual negotiations with suppliers and external partners
- Content creation
- Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to achieve marketing objectives
- Simultaneous content management of multiple communication channels for multiple projects such as websites, LinkedIn and trade fairs.
- Manage marketing campaigns from concept to creation, working closely with the business development and product management teams.
- Participate in the definition of marketing and communication strategies for new products
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a small company scaling up
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field of study
- Experience with marketing activities for technical products in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
- You are methodical, structured with attention to details.
- You work with a flexible and collaborative mindset in adapting to changing demands and embracing a responsive approach
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Support & service orientation
