QA Test Lead

Your role

• Define the test strategy to be applied based on best practices and project specificities
• Document, implement, monitor and enforce all test processes
• Develop test plans, and identify dependencies and resources needed to conduct a test phase
• Collaborate on the preparation and set up data sets and test environments
• Prepare and participate in the execution of all test phases (including functional, non-regression, performance tests and others)
• Improve test reporting, standards and transparency on test results
• SPOC for the complete QA activities which includes functional testing, regression testing, and automation testing within our client’s scope
• Mentor QA Engineers, Partners, Product managers, Developers and Designers to establish healthy quality assurance processes and practices
• Suggest, implement and maintain automated testing for products within factory management quality control
• Recommend areas of continuous improvement regarding processes and the overall approach to testing
• Reporting capabilities
• Understand from an E2E perspective a factory quality assurance process
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English

Your knowledge

• University degree in Computer Science
• 5 years of experience in the field of test, test automation and reporting
• Deep understanding of testing principles and IT QA methodologies
• API and Webservices (developing and executing manual and automated tests for complex web applications using API/Webservice, Azure Cloud, Snowflake integrations
• QA Software Tools, Playwright and agile tools such as Jira, Xray, Confluence
• Experience with REST/SOAP
• Experience with SAP QM is a plus
