On behalf of our client, a multinational Pharmaceutical company, Swisslinx is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This position's responsibility is to be the Senior Financial Analyst for the site supporting primarily the Finance Business partner Lead and the Cost Accounting Lead. Working as an agile thought partner, this role will be a trusted advisor.

Your mission:
* Support Finance Business Partner Lead in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, including monthly close
processes and compliance with SOX and IFRS.
* Manage the monthly financial close process and collaborate with the company's Business Solutions to initiate entries
continuously.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively resolve discrepancies and serve as the main contact for all
inventory-related queries.
* Prepare and distribute monthly reporting packages and analyses, identifying opportunities for automation and
enhancement.
* Support continuous improvement of processes, controls, and financial systems/tools.
* Assist in developing value-added financial models and analytical tools to support departmental objectives and projects.
* Educate functional management on reporting tools and finance concepts.
Your background:
* Fluency in English & French
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
* Min of 5 years of overall business experience, including internships in accounting, financial planning or decision
analytics roles preferred
* Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, including cost accounting experience in operations
* Strong analytical and computer software skills (TM1, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Suite -Excel,
PowerPoint, Word, Access, C3ME)
* Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements affecting other stakeholders
* Experience in working with all levels and disciplines of people within a large organization
* Highly and solid analytical skills with strong ability to analyze and understand large amounts of data
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to persuasively convey critical elements of complex
issues
