What you'll do

• Assisting a team of lawyers in Switzerland and in our foreign offices on performing various group legal entity management, corporate governance, and corporate secretary tasks
• Draft, review and maintain corporate documentation and assist in internal contract management
• Be part of the project for a new document management system for Legal & Compliance
• Support the roll out and implementation of processes, education and training
• Coordinate the signing and filing of documents relating to the day to day operations

What you'll need

• Law degree, bachelor in business administration, paralegal certification or other relevant legal education
• Experience as a Junior Lawyer or Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or legal department within a financial services firm
• Fluent in both in German and English
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional attention to detail and thorough execution skills; highly organized to meet competing deadlines
• Solution- and service-oriented personality, eager to learn and keen to take ownership and be part of a dynamic team

Nice to have

• Knowledge of any other language
• Good understanding of IT applications
