Overview

As a recruiter at SKAN AG, you play a central role in the company's activities. You are responsible for recruitment in various specialist areas and ensure that suitable employees are recruited both professionally and personally. You will also ensure a first-class candidate experience and actively promote employer branding. With your commitment, you will continuously optimize structures and processes in order to sustainably support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for the entire recruitment process in close cooperation with the line managers

Publication of job advertisements, checking and selecting applications and conducting recruitment interviews

Develop concepts and strategies in recruitment and develop the area further

You ensure an excellent candidate experience

Active promotion of employer branding and participation in events

You work together with various external partners

Hardskills

  • Completed training with further training in recruitment, employer branding, etc. or a federal HR certificate
  • Solid experience in recruitment, ideally for technical profiles and various levels
  • At least 3 years of experience in comparable functions
  • Business fluent in German and English
