About the role
As a part-time Office coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and proactively supporting the Branch Manager!
Work tasks
- Organize the office, order office supplies, follow-up of employee requests, management of consumable stocks, set-up, etc.
- Act as contact person for external service providers (cleaning companies, concierge services, deliveries, etc.)
- Prepare weekly presentations and supporting the Branch Manager in implementing communications
- Organize and support the planning of company events on Branch level
- Validate business expenses and correspond with the finance department
We are looking for
- You're service-minded, positive, sociable and optimistic!
- You're an enrolled student for at least 6 months
- You have excellent organization and communication skills, and are comfortable with using Office365 (Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- You speak fluent English and German
