Activities

* Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR plans which contribute to departmental priorities.

* Develop strong relationships with managers and employees to ensure delivery of a creditable customer focused HR service.

* Work with management teams to develop resourcing, training, development, and succession plans aligned to business strategy whilst working in partnership with HR peers.

* Work closely with Labor relations BP to understand the union contract.

* Work with corporate HR teams and management on the annual RPA and group salary review process ensuring managers the company guidelines.

* Work with other HRBP’s to ensure organizational policies and processes are updated in accordance with organizational change or statutory change.

* Provide generalist and complex HR advice and support when required ensuring advice is professional, commercial, and focused on the business requirements as legislation.
