Junior Culture Transformation Consultant (f/m/d)

Support Axpo on its journey to becoming a leading company in sustainable energy by driving cultural and leadership projects. Your work will help shape the People Strategy and position Axpo as an attractive employer in the energy sector.

What you will do:

• Create materials and presentations for senior management and the board of directors




• Support HR management with budget planning, financial planning, and forecasts




• Support the Implementation of initiatives such as the Great Place to Work survey and internal Pulse Checks survey




• Analyze survey results and monitor progress against agreed targets




• Organize workshops and cultural events like International Women’s Day or change management sessions

What you bring & who you are:

• Completed master’s degree in business administration, psychology, or a similar field




• Initial experience in culture and learning, e.g. through a traineeship or work in a consulting company




• Familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, PowerBI, and employee surveys




• Strong communication skills with leaders at all levels




• Curiosity, proactivity, adaptability, as well as an analytical and structured working style




• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
