The Market Data Procurement Team manages a diverse global portfolio comprising over 300 providers. We proudly support more than 1,200 internal clients across all Vitol offices worldwide.
Job Description
- Supervise and manage Market Data & Software Procurement contracts
- Oversee contract archiving, invoicing and payment process
- Manage user set ups and accesses, input data and update tracking sheets
- Further improve procurement procedures and workflows
- Assist with and eventually take over contract negotiations, and supplier relationships management
- Develop reporting/BI tools to track trends, and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Assist with other projects and tasks as and when required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management in an international environment
- Experience in IT licencing and/or Market Data procurement, especially within the commodity trading sector, is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (native, C2 or equivalent) and French, any other language is a plus
- University degree in Business, Technology or Engineering
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; PowerBI and/or Python is a plus
