Job Purpose
The Reservations Representative is responsible for prospecting, selling and developing a portfolio of both public and corporate accounts to support the overall growth of the Meeting and Conference Room business line for IWG North America. They will proactively create sales opportunities primarily via use of the telephone, up-selling to prospects and managing the account relationship to gain maximum penetration of the client’s meeting room business. Additionally, the Reservations Representative will qualify sales leads generated via the internet and insure suitable follow through to close; contact and sell to potential clients identified in marketing campaigns; and develop effective communication with field-based teams at our center locations to deliver on overall financial and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a minimum of 100 client calls per day.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers including follow-up calls to qualify and close business.
- Collect, generate, and track customer enquiries from prospect through to close.
- Generate sufficient sales to achieve targeted monthly revenue equal to or better than 60K.
- Develop business with existing clients to maximize opportunities for increased meeting room and service usage.
- Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales inquiries in a timely manner and record in the relevant CRM system.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively present and successfully sell the Regus Membership Program to clients.
- Manage time efficiently to achieve goals related to phone system usage.
- Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
- Work closely with field-based center teams to provide customer service, accuracy, and quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- College degree preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 1 – 2 years of sales experience in a similar role, selling on the telephone or in a call center environment with demonstrated success.
- Excellent telephone selling skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking and an outgoing personality that translates over the phone.
- Self-starter who can work with direction but little supervision.
- Familiarity with computer and applications such as MS Office, email and CRM systems.
- Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
