Job Description Summary
The Operations Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence within an assigned service region, overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution, maintain a high standard of performance and address any issues promptly. The position oversees the implementation and management of operational systems and processes and entire customer relationship management (internal and external) in the assigned region.
Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management (across MMS) and support
-
Direct point of contact for internal/external in assigned region
-
Co-ordinating Service Operations - Co-ordinate field engineers within assigned region(s) to guide priority
-
Preventative Maintenance Schedule and on time Completion
-
Customer Escalation Management and communication
-
Manage all communication to customer in response to escalation
-
Update to Service Operations Manager ANZ and Acc Mgr on escalation status
-
Co-ordination of resources with technical lead for resolution
-
Meet Reporting and Contracted Service Requirements
-
Field Service - availability to support field service activity (50%)

Process Improvement
-
Spare parts and stock management (supply chain)
-
Manage accurate stock levels
-
Order parts in timely manner
-
Manage team of field service engineers (direct and indirect reports)

Drive culture of service excellence across service organization
Other Working Conditions:
-
Some weekend work may be required as will out of normal business hours work

Domestic or international travel may be required
-
Drivers licence essential
-
Holds appropriate electrical licencing for role:
-
ROWA – Restricted Electrical Licence
-
All other products – Minimum test and tag licence/certification
Knowledge and Experience:
Essential
-
Background in engineering, computer science or other relevant field or equivalent experience
-
Track record in customer support and efficiency improvement
-
Demonstrated previous experience in business administration
-
Demonstrated competnece in computer literacy
-
Ability to lead and motivate teams, drive efficiency and achieve organisational goals
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
-
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
-
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
Desirable
-
Relevant experience in operations management within the medical technology or healthcare industry
