Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a high performing, Performance Marketing Manager who consistently analyzes and enhances performance marketing capabilities, principles and playbooks to develop and operate compelling online marketing campaigns within the Metasearch space. This role will support the wider Metasearch team on the Hotel line of business. You’ll have high levels of autonomy and responsibility within one of our big accounts and the ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
In this role, you will:

Successfully execute, performance marketing, e-commerce marketing strategies.

Measure and assess customer behaviors, market and business performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs with data collection methods and procedures or identify relevant existing data.

Analyze past reports to determine what advertising campaigns were effective.

Identify methods for collecting data, perform data analyses and articulate findings clearly.

Establish working relationships with stakeholders and gain stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests.

Begin to use understanding of current business processes, objectives, and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements.

Develop a broad understanding of industry best practices, products/services and their applications; distinguishes the pros, cons and implications of the options.

Demonstrate compelling rationale while explaining ideas to gain support to resolve issues and effectively influence others.
-
Consider the situation from the point of view of the other party to identify a common ground; calculate the costs and benefits of possible solutions and the implications of not reaching an agreement.
Experience and qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced and highly analytical commercial environment (eCommerce, technology, investment baking)

Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge required

Works within an analytical and scientific approach

A strong understanding of digital marketing and optimization, and sophisticated, hands-on knowledge of growth marketing channels

Advanced knowledge of budget management (managing a million-dollar marketing budget and leading large-scale campaigns) and can run ROI assessment independently

Able to inform the evaluation and adjustment of strategies to improve campaign performance

Creative problem-solving skills when tackling problems to build strategic frameworks and financial models

Strong influencing skills that allow you to balance the needs of many collaborators with ease while advocate for the importance of priorities

Highly collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across functional areas and with all levels of management

Demonstrates high levels of business acumen, stakeholder management and ability to present ideas and theories
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
