What will you do?

• You'll be responsible for leading the planning, coordinating, and implementation of safety, operational excellence or sustainability projects within budget, timeline, and scope

• You'll conduct Root-Cause Analysis, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and lead safety audits

• You'll identify areas for improvement and raise standards of safety - saving lives and making our clients safer, more productive and more sustainable

• You'll monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members

• You'll ensure projects deliver real-world benefits for our clients and ensure we uphold the highest standards of quality

• You'll set the timelines and monitor deliverables.

Who are you?

As a German speaking freelance subject matter expert, you will be able to hit the ground running with complex safety projects with a demonstrable track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.  You will also

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Business

• Have at least 3-5 years of management consulting experience

• Have expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or Utilities sectors

• Have experience in the management of change and embedding a safety culture

• Be fluent in Englishand German

• Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset willing to develop key expertise in safety and operations management
