What you’ll be doing: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead software development projects as an Agile Project Lead/Scrum Master, utilizing your expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and client engagement. : 
 
Project Leadership: 

• Lead the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of digital solutions, ensuring seamless delivery (Project planning & controlling, resource management, project communication and coordination, stakeholder management) 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and quality standards. 

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to proactively identify and mitigate potential project obstacles, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery. 

Scrum Mastery: 

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and empower teams to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency. 

• Champion agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. 

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization. 

Additional: 

• Collaborate closely with management to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, offering valuable insights and support in client acquisition and project expansion 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals with business objectives. 

What you’ll need: 

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development projects, with at least 5 years in a project lead role. 

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies. 

• Good understanding of software development processes, with a track record of delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. 

• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through consulting and sales activities. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

• Language Skills: German (min. C1) & English (min. B2)
