Job description

LONGINES Brand is searching for a Retail Manager working closely with the Brand Manager to oversee the daily operations of the stores of Retail in Spain.

Job scope

Establish the overall retail strategy in Spain, and to implement it to all POS effectively and ensure that all POS achieve set income and profit targets.

Will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.

Profile

Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position

Knowledge of retail management best practices

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizing and leadership skills

Commercial awareness

Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

Professional requirements

At least 5 years of working experience in retail management role

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields

Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented with good communication skills

Good computer operation

Languages

Excellent command of English

Any other lenguage will be a plus
